It is not a government body, a licensed trading platform, a broker, or a party to any transaction between buyers and suppliers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any market price, supplier record, or third-party information referenced on this network, though we make a good-faith effort to source and date everything clearly — see our Methodology.

Submitting an RFQ through this platform does not create a contract between you and Commodities.tz or any supplier. Any resulting transaction is solely between the buyer and supplier concerned; we are not a party to it and accept no liability for its outcome.

You agree not to submit false information, attempt to compromise the security of this platform, or scrape or republish our supplier directory or market data at scale without permission.
